So my bodymedia has me burning 4000 cals a day? Does this seem right for someone who is 123lbs 5'7 female? I'm on my feet all day and pretty active/fidgety?

    That sounds huge to me but I'm shorter, older and sedentary at work. But I burn less than half that much, according to my Fitbit. I would check that against a calculator that does your BMR times an activity multiplier.

    I have a bodybugg and i burn on a busy day at work (im a waitress) and working out one session at the gym about 3000 calories/day. I don't know how that will relate to your daily lifestyle, but I am 5'8" 186lbs.

    Thanks-great to know the higher burn happens. I've contacted bodymedia just incase it's overestimting
