Hi All-
just wanted to say hello! I've been using MFP for the past few months but my first time posting! I'm 32 married with two kids, a 3 yr old and 5 mon old. I work full time. Like so many others I've been dieting for YEARS. However each attempt I learn something more. My biggest learned lesson is that this is a journey and Im not going to lose the weight overnight and most of all to be kinder to myself. Ok so maybe there were a few lessons in there!

anyhow, looking forward to getting to know the community. i mostly use MFP on my iphone but hopefully ill get to login on my mac from time to time to see the message boards.

    Hello, and I just joined today. So far it is nice to read others posting and write my own. I think this site along with the people on here will be a great support!!! Keep doing what you are doing and you will get there.
