Quick Question About Chicken!

I feel very silly for asking this, but I am going to ask it anyways!

I took two small boneless skinless chicken breasts out of the freezer Tuesday morning for Tuesday nights dinner. My fiance wanted to go to wing night at this new place instead of having grilled chicken salads, and I forgot to put the chicken in the fridge before we left. I put the chicken back in the fridge Wednesday morning (today). Is it okay to grill it for the salads tonight? Or should I thaw out two more pieces of chicken (in the micro, because I wont have time to wait after work)?

I just read this website (first thing that came up on google when I typed it in) and it states bacteria could have formed during the time it was out.

http://www.fsis.usda.gov/factsheets/Big_Thaw/index.asp

I am probably going to throw the chicken out and start over, but I wanted to hear opinions on if it's okay. I have heard responses on if you left a cooked chicken out on here. Grilling won't kill the bacteria? Will it?

I'm really probably going to throw it out just to be on the safe side.

I would definitely throw it out. Have you ever been sick from eating something that went bad? Not worth the risk!
I throw things out if it seems even if there is some small potential it went bad. Just my opinion though

I've never been sick from eating something that went bad, but I have drank spoiled milk and just the taste was enough for me! :embarassed:

Yeah, I'm throwing it out, it's not worth the risk. I should have known that if I have to ask this question, it's best just to throw it out

    Thanks for your opinion!
