Finally broke the plateau!

What did I do? I didn't pig out on the weekends, as much as I had been, at least. I didn't eat a huge meal after coming home from ballet classes (which are very late at night). I did eat - at least a protein of some sort, but not the usual dinner.

Oh! And I increased morning L-Carnitine supplement to 2000 mgs. I usually have another of the L-C but not sure what the dose is as it comes in the N-rgize Fat Fighter smoothie at the gym.

I think that's really about it, though. It was enough to bring me almost back to where I was after dance camp. Thank bl--dy heavens!
