I'm hoping someone can help me out here. I recently decided to attempt to eat my calories burned..back. some do and some don't agree with the philosophy.... At any rate i am having trouble finding a way to eat 2,400 calories without eating too much at a setting. I eat 4-5 times a day, but still seems like in order to reach the goals set for me by MFP in the way of Protein, Cal, fat, and Carbsi am eating too much volume, and I feel like my stomach is huge. I need to find foods that are higher in protein, carbs, fat, and protein, so that I don't have to eat so much volume. based on MFP, I need 2400 cal, 330 carbs, 80 fat, and 90 protein in the day factoring in calories burned that need to be eaten back. any suggestions on food or meals that i can eat to minimize volume but maintain numbers i need? thanks!

Chicken and turkey are lean lower calorie meats, go for 4 legged animals that have more fat and you'll get more calories easier. Double up the egg for breakfast, maybe a cheese omelette.

330 carbs seems a lot, maybe 120g of protein and 90g of fat to get it down to 280.

Yeah, I agree... 330 grams of carbs does seem like a lot. You can adjust your individual macros if you want to. The base MFP guidelines had me consuming way more carbs than I really wanted to, so I went and tweaked the percentages of my macros until I got it down to what I felt comfortable with.

Of course, everyone's different, so the key is to finding the balance of carbs, protein and fat that you feel works best for you. Don't feel like you have to go by the "default" MFP settings, though.

And yes, I eat a lot of turkey, chicken and FISH... tuna is really high in protein with low cals. I also drink a protein shake on most mornings for breakfast.
