30DS + (insert lower body workout here)

Hi everyone!

Currently I am doing the 30DS workout and I am having a blast with it! Heart rate is up, my arm strength is increasing, and I'm loving the pain in my abs! But when I'm finished, I feel like my legs didnt get a good workout...the most they burn is when I'm doing the bicycles at the end..Does anyone have a good leg workout that I could pair with my 30DS workout? I see some people mentioning a squat challenge or a brazilian butt lift video...I'll take any kind of suggestions, whether it be a challenge, cheap(or free even better!)video, or maybe workout sets that I can do after? I have pretty big legs and quite a butt that I'm looking to just workout a little harder to help get them toned and strong. I've come to the conclusion that they will always be there so might as well make them strong! :)

    Hi there! How about looking into Jillian Michaels Killer Buns and Thighs? It is 40 min long and it is set up in 3 levels. I've only started today at level 1 and I was pouring with sweat and out of breath in no time. I have come to the same conclusion you did about my lower body and have decided to focus on my legs and butt and make them look great in jeans and Jillian promises to deliver! If you decide to go for it, let me know what you think. :)

    I didn't even know she had a lower body workout! I'm definitely going to check it out! I'm excited haha I'll probably try it out today ansd see how it feels after 30DS. Thanks!

    Haha! I have the opposite problem, I feel like my arms aren't getting much of a work out but my legs are burning by the end, amazing how different people are :)

    my arms are killing me! but that's probably because the only dumbells I have are 10lb dumbells..so they're a little heavy...I need to invest in 5lb ones. How many pounds do you guys use for dumbells?

    I feel like such a wimp! I'm on day 2 of level 2 and it's way more intense then the first level. A lot of plank positions, but I agree, I don't always feel like my legs get worked out. Anyways, I'm only using weighted water bottles at the moment, I feel like my 5 lb weights are a bit too heavy for me. I think after I finish the first round then I'll go again with my 5 pounders.     I have Jillian's lower body workout. It is a killer for me. I have been using her workout dvd's for about a year and a half and I still can't get thru this workout without wanting to die. I started using the Brazillian Butt Lift dvd's as well. I like the lower body workout with the Brazillian Butt Lift beacuse I am not dying by the end. I truly feel my lower half burning with this workout too. I have not done the workout consistant enough to see dramatic results, but I am still working on it.

    I love the 30ds workout as well. You get a great total body workout in approximately 30 minutes total. It's great!
