Need Help? Work nights and double my eating.?

I seem to hit a wall on nights I work. I get up in the morning around 9am with my daughter. I eat my usual light meals every 3-4 hours. With a nap of around 2 hours at 2pm. I get up and continue on my eating every 3-4 hours. I go to work at 7pm and am there till 7am. My problem is do I not eat every 3-4 hour and count the whole night as one day of eating and increase my calorie intake? Or do I not eat but one meal at work and slow my metabolism down.? I only work two nights a week and they are consecutive nights. So I only have this issue on these 2 nights. Please any help would be grateful.
