    P.S. Eat the whole egg. The concept that eggs actually raise the bad cholesterol in your body is FALSE. It's old information left over from the 1980s and does not have a grain of truth.

    I'm not a fan of the yolk. grosses me out.

    How funny! I don't eat the whites, just the yolk. Egg whites give me the heeby-jeebies. :laugh:


    To the OP: Enjoy the avacado, especially while you can get fresh ones for good prices. Your cravings may very well be your body being in need of the nutrients they provide.

    I eat avocado several times a week, usually half an avocado at a time and I think it is fine. Its a good healthy fat and it helps me meet my calorie goal, which I struggle to reach otherwise. I live in California and they're huge and cheap right now so I'm in avocado heaven!
