Leslie Sansone fans: What's Your Favorite Workout?

I enjoy many of Leslie Sansone's DVDs, and although I own many, my two favorite are "Walk Away The Pounds Express - 4 Mile Super Challenge" and the one I purchased just the other day "Walk Your Belly Thin" (3 miles). What's your favorite(s) and how often do you use these workouts? :flowerforyou:

I to love the Walk Away DVD's. I use when I can't make it to the gym and during winter months.
My favorite is the 5 mile FAT BURNING WALK. (each mile 12 minutes) Last two minutes of each mile is a BOOST - jogging and I like the 1 MILE JOG & 1 MILE BOOSTER.
I do many other workouts also but I am still a fan of LESLIE SANSONE,
I attend the gym most days but I like having the DVD as back up.0 -
Hello , I have been a Leslie Sansone fan for about 3 years. I have favorite parts from several different workouts and wish I could cut and paste all my favoites moves on one DVD. LOL I love the knee lifts, standing crunches, the arm exercises with weights. The 4 mile is really a great workout, I rented it from NetFlix but haven't found it in any of the stores in my area. I would love to try the 5 mile and the belly buster. Have a great evening, Rosemary0
