Tell me its possible

Its almost a year since i started my weight loss journey. I have lost 70 pounds which is great. However its been over 4 monthes and i cant seem to lose anymore. I am starting to lose hope. Obviously i need to change something but i cant seem to pin point what. I exercise about 8 hours a week. In that is a lot of strength training and cardio. I eat clean. Very very little sugar. No soda. My calories vary from 1500 to 2000 a day. I am willing to exercise all day long if i can eat ). Any advice or know of resources i can read up on. Oh i weigh 158 and. Want to be 140. 5 6. Which is realistic for my size i think
