Whats your view?

Recently there have been quite a few people I know that have started loosing weight and most of them are close friends which is great that they want to get fit and feel better. I live in a pretty small town where everyone knows everyone and their dog lol. I was shocked when I started to hear that at first people supported their friends weightloss but then a while later they were saying that so and so is only loosing weight because they are doing drugs and are now crack heads or whatever. If that happens around here Im sure it happens elsewhere and I think its sad that people have the nerve to say such horrible things about people who work their butts off to accomplish what they do.
In your opinion are these people jelous they dont have the motivation to better their own lives or do you have a different view?

Most people simply don't know how to lose weight.

Most think all they have to do is stop eating anything and do tons of cardio and they'll look like they walked off the cover of Sports Illustrated.

And they've tried that and it has failed. So, they think its SUPER hard. So, when they see someone succeed, they are like "How?!" and just come to the conclusion of drugs.

Also, depending HOW the weight is being lost, some people literally make themselves look like drug addicts. Healthy loss is the way to go.
