Start bulking or cut a little longer?

Hey, I'd like some opinions on switching my routine up. First off, I don't think I have much BF% to go, my scale is reading 9.2% and I doubt it's more than 10% off because it doesn't look like I could lose more than 10-20 pounds. I'm 6' tall and 160 lbs. So I'm running into the problem where I'm likely in the 14-17% range or w/e it is for fitness but I still have some unsightly stuff on the front. My goal here is to improve overall appearance the quickest.
So I think I will get better visual results by getting some more muscle mass under this remaining chest/stomach fat. I want to combine intermittent fasting in 12-16 hour periods with 3-4 days of 5/3/1, 3-4 days of walking/abs, and eating ~3000 calories a day. Or should I try this same routine with calorie restriction to keep cutting? Either way I'm doing the routine, so don't dog the routine, just the cut or bulk based on what you think about what should be done about that frontal fat.

And by goal to improve overall appearance I mean the appearance of specifically that chest and stomach fat. I honestly can care less about what the rest of my body looks like until all that's left doesn't bother me anymore. Although the arms/legs are lookin pretty solid now compared to before :-D0

Judging from your pictures, you don't have very much fat left at all. If you try to lose it, you'll just end up really skinny. Build muscle and the tiny bit of fat you have will be virtually unnoticeable. I much prefer a man with a little bit of a gut and muscles than one that it too skinny all over.0

I definitely think it's time to bulk, it will spread out whatever fat you have, and there are ways of adding muscle without adding a lot of extra fat on it.0

Decided! That's all I needed was someone to say it looks like I don't have much to lose lol. I just have that issue where it's hard for me to see progress. I know it's there, the numbers say it is. It's just hard to see it, time for some serious bulking.
Thanks so much all of you.0
