I went to my MIL's on Friday. She had an outfit that she purchased through the mail that she just didn't want so she asked if I wanted it. She actually had 2 different sized pants because they messed up on her first order. She had a L and a M. So I said "Well, I can tell by looking that the shirt will fit fine, but I have such big legs and a big butt that I don't know about the pants, the L probably won't fit" She was like "Just try them anyway" So I did. I put the L on and they were loose so I thought, hmmmm let me try the M, well what do you know, the M fit!!!

I haven't worn a M in YEARS!! Can't even remember the last time!!! I think they must be sized wrong or thier sizes run really big!!! Either way, it was a good feeling and she made such a big deal about it. She me everyone come in the room and told them to look she's lost so much weight, she's wearing a M!!!!!

CONGRATULATIONS ON THE NEW SIZE!!:flowerforyou: I put on a 1X yesterday and I had the same feeling you described when you tried on the M. When the 1X shirt came in the mail my son looked at it and said "No one in THIS family can wear it." That was back in April. It has been hanging on the back of my recliner since then. (In April I was wearing a 3X and it was tight) When Son saw me wearing the 1X he said "You must have found a way to stretch it." He was kidding but I still threw a book at him.:laugh:

It's very hard to wrap our heads around the fact that we honestly ARE smaller now. I know it's very hard for me not to shop in the plus sizes, even though I need to buy in the 'regular' section now. But it's a testament to all your hard work - so enjoy it!!! You deserve it!!!! Gratz!

Awesome!!! But I bet you were embarrassed with all the attention were'nt ya? It is always nice to have a compliment when this is such a hard thing to do but when we are sooo use to hiding ourselves it is a little uncomfortable but get use to it because you are doing great and that weightloss is really starting to show!!! I also had a "Medium moment" this week. I was in a store and noticed some fleece jackets. They had a shade of brown that would go with lots of things I wear, so I tried on the Large, instead of the 1X, and the large fit, but not tightly, so I decided to put the Medium on.
