Any advice (overnight people)?

Hello everyone! I'm trying to lose a bunch of weight (+100 lbs) and I'm finding I'm having a difficult time of it. I try to eat about 1500 calories a day and work out six days a week for about half an hour. I haven't seen any change weight wise, but I have firmed up a bit. I work overnights, so I wonder if anyone who also works overnights has any advice? I imagine you have to do things a little differently. I work from 11pm-7:30am, go to sleep around 8:30 and sleep until 3-4pm. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks everyone!
