Hey everyone! Ive been on this site for a bit now, and its great but i find that when i have crappy days i dont log my food journal, and then i just avoid it. So im currently looking for someone that can make sure I log all of my food or hunt me down if i dont and id do the same for them. I feel like i forget how important it is to log your food so if theres anyone out there thats really good at it and wouldnt mind looking out for me that would be awesome
or someone thats equally bad and we can look out for each other! anyways, add me as a friend with a message if this sounds like something youre interested in!

what i usually do when i have a crappy eating day, is, i just say fk it, but log it anyways, so that i know what i have to do tomorrow to make up for it. and usually if u cheat, u can make up for it with cardio or whatever else. so u just need to change the way you think about logging food - just because you didnt log it, doesnt mean you didn't eat it0
