Heavy Legs During Workout

I'm on my last week of insanity and all of a sudden my legs feel heavy during my workouts. I don't feel tired at all except for my legs. why is this? should i be worried? what can I do to get things moving again?

    Make sure that you eat enough on a daily basis. Especially enough protein: 1-1.5 g per pound of lean body mass (total weight minus pounds of fat). You need to have sufficient nutrition to fuel your workouts AND repair muscle afterwards. When you're doing intense workouts, you should not eat at a huge deficit (try TDEE minus 20%- your TDEE including your workouts).
