Ok, out of interest does anyone use them alongside their workout?

Do you find they work, if so what changes have you noticed from them?

Side effects?

OH is tring to drop weight before a race, he's doing really well but wants to give it a bit of a kick.

    Most over the counter fat burners are just filled with ingredients like caffeine, fiber, or ephedrine and these supplements costs way more than they should. I drink coffee and that is my fat burner and eat fiber at home for way cheaper.

    Only fat burners that really work you BUT you cannot get them over the counter are.
    Clenbuterol
    T3
    Phentermine
    Human growth hormone
    Steriods
    dnp

    These all come with their own price and risks you have to pay and once you stop taking them and continue your old eating habits you will just gain the weight right back. It can be like making a deal with the devil and this is some thing you do not have to do with a healthy weight loss diet and exercise program. Problem is with most over weight folks is they want their cake and eat it too. These people do not want to take the time to do this and want to continue to eat how ever they want when ever they want over their maintenance calories, and then continue to want a MAGIC pill that will make them instantly thin and beautiful. The supplement companies know this and are getting rich over fiber,caffeine,ephedrine ingredients that cost next to nothing but yet they can charge premium prices to the lazy folks of the world making them rich and creating a huge market for this kind of stuff. Over weight folks didn't get fat over night and its not going to melt off over night either. Remember most over the counter fat burners are simple ingredients that you can buy cheaper in other forms. So read the ingredients understand and just get caffeine or fiber for less and do it your self if thats the way you want to go with fat burners...

    Save your $$... Nothing that can't be done with out proper diet and exercise and maybe a little bit of black coffee!

    I take at least 18 raspberry ketones per day with 8 cups of green tea and bio-lean. I lost 48 lbs in 2 weeks following this method.
