Orange Ginger Chicken

This is one of my favorite recipes so I thought I would share:


Orange Ginger Chicken (serves 4)

1 Tsp dark sesame oil
1/2 Tsp chili oil
16oz Boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/2 C Orange Marmalade
3 Tbs soy sauce
1 Tbs minced ginger
1 Tbs water
2 Cloves garlic minced
2 Tsp corn starch

Heat oils over medium heat. Add chicken & cook until juices run clear. Add marmalade and remaining ingredients; Cook until thick & bubbly.

Serve over cooked brown rice.

Total Fat; 3.3g
Cholesterol; 65.g
Sodium; 963.2 (Use low sodium soy sauce if you are salt sensitive)

Note: I added 1 small chili pepper because we like spicy at my house
