I keep seeing these P90x things etc which I think are just in America (could be wrong)

Are there any UK type ones?

    Well, its just a fitness DVD, so you can get it in the UK...amazon sell it I think.
    There is also one called insanity which is what I'm going in for....not sure if there are any UK specific ones....I guess a damn good workout routine is a damn good routine no matter where it comes from.
