Howdy!

Hi!

I'm completely new to the tracking what I'm eating thing, but I'm serious about hitting my target weight. I tend to fluctuate quite wildly, so hopefully it'll give me the oomph i need to stick to eating less, and more healthy food.

Would also like to get a bit fitter, but I dont think I'm a runner- how can you keep a busy life but still find time to exercise?

I have to admit, I do play computer games, and I work as a software tester (possibly one of the least active jobs ever! xD) so I imagine that's why I've ballooned a little ;)
