Simple Exercise on a Yatzee work schedule

My work schedule is anything but normal. I work up to 72 hours a week and every shift under the sun/moon. Because of that, I have a hard time having a set workout plan. At least once a week, I play racquette ball for 60-120 miuntes and I skin dive in the pool when I can.

I have some weights at home (1-8) that I don't mind using but I don't know any good exercise I can do.

Any Ideas?
