I just reached 30 days of my new and improved lifestyle change! I will post pictures soon, but am still trying to get the courage to do so. Butttt After 30 days of eating 1200 calories and working out 5x a week, either walking/running, and just started TurboFire on week 2. I'm down 15lbs and 17 inches! I hope I continue to lose at the same rate and can post pictures soon!
