Looking at food you used to eat

So previously I was blissfully unaware of how insanely high in calories some of the foods I was eating were. I was aware they obviously weren't healthy but not the extent. For example, most of the weatherspoons menu - whilst I guessed it would be high a hell of a lot of it is 1000 cal range and they even have a 1650 calorie burger :o

Just curious about whether other people used to be unaware of exactly how many calories they were eating and what the worst offenders were :P

I was thinking about this the other day, I stopped losing for about 3 weeks and started to get a little fed up and my thoughts were that I miss not caring what I eat. As in if I wanted a bar of chocolate, fish and chips, pasta etc is eat it and not even think of the calories I was consuming. I've never been hugely overweight, I've lost 20lbs and have maybe 5 lbs to go but I knew I was putting on weight but the foods I consumed didn't bother me. Now even though I miss the care free aspect of this I love feeling healthier and slimmer and I can't imagine eating some of things I did in the past without freaking out at how many calories I'd have to use!
