If you look up "Oikos 2% plain Greek yogurt", the nutrition facts is for 3/4 cup.
What would be its nutrition facts if I only took 1/3 of it? I'd be adding it to oatmeal but I wanted to know the info for it so I can add it to the data base for my oatmeal.

Hmm it took me down for protein and calories but less sugar which that is good. What's everyone's opinion on my breakfast for tomorrow morning? I wanted to cut down on sugar but the protein went from in the 20's to that... Lol It's public0
