If you look up "Oikos 2% plain Greek yogurt", the nutrition facts is for 3/4 cup.

What would be its nutrition facts if I only took 1/3 of it? I'd be adding it to oatmeal but I wanted to know the info for it so I can add it to the data base for my oatmeal.

It says from the info in this data base that it has 2.85 of 3/4 servings for the container.

Hmm it took me down for protein and calories but less sugar which that is good. What's everyone's opinion on my breakfast for tomorrow morning? I wanted to cut down on sugar but the protein went from in the 20's to that... Lol It's public
