Lean protein and leafy green vegetables. Carrots, tomatoes, potatoes, and corn will increase your sugar grams. Green veg is practically sugar free, so enjoy broccoli, cumbers, celery, cauliflower, cabbage, asparagus, green beans, spinach, zuccini, ect.

To increase calories, add in some nuts, good fats like olive oil and macadamia nut oil, cheese, avocado, all natural peanut butter or other no-sugar nut butters.

Meat, chicken, eggs and fish are fairly caloricly dense and are sugar free. Just be careful of any condiments you are using on your protein as most store bought sauces have a lot of sugar added.
