Ok, so here is a question.. I have found that I am addicted to working out..lol not that it's a bad thing..a couple years ago I would lie around and NOT move..now, I workout 4-5 days a week an hour or more. I love sweat dripping from my face..the sweatier the better:) It's like a natural high for me..not to mention it keeps my mind clear and me grounded.
My question is..could it be bad for you..like, can you really exercise too much? My weight loss has stalled for over 6 months..despite working out ALOT! I don't think I'm eating enough to fuel my workouts..yet, I can't physically eat any more..it's hard as it is..
So, I was thinking about taking my exercise down to 30 minutes instead of 60.. Theory is I'm creating too much of a deficit that my body is stalled.. Thoughts??
I hate to do that as I love working out..not sure hmmm
