Which is harder?

I'm 1.5 lbs away from the half way point. The pounds have come off fast but I have been working really hard. Since May 1st I have dropped 38.5 lbs. I'm just wondering if the habit and diet changes during the first half is harder or the slower melting of lbs and increased activity to burn the same calories is harder.

In short did you find the first half or second half to be more difficult?
