Can someone look at my dairy, I am under my Net Calories again but I am stuffed and not hungry, the dogs still need to go for their nightly walk which is good for another 100 or so exercise calorie deduction 
. I am under a Dr. care for a low fat low sodium diet so my choices are a bit limited or I would go have that milkshake
