MFP return debut. Doing week 3 of c25k [2nd time around])

Hi everyone,

I am returning to MFP because a couple months ago I got off track and regained 20 pounds that I had already lost. I know MFP works, I just need to make sure I stick with it. I am a very busy student and sometimes get side-tracked from paying attention to what I eat and working out.

I need more friends who understand this struggle... Who are similar sizes with similar goals (5'8 - 195 pounds wanting to reach 140 pounds)... and who maybe like to run, but like me maybe have a difficult time keeping up with it.

Essentially I am feeling a little alone in my battle right now and it would be really nice to have more actively logging friends who understand what I am going through on a day to day basis.

    hey there! I'm a little different (not a student, a little shorter, don't run much!!!) but definitely know the struggles of staying on track when things get busy and gaining back weight I've lost. :( I'll friend you! All the support we can get, right? :)
