How To Get Enough Fat when Eating Low Cal

My current setting is: protein/carb/fat 4:3:3. I have really hard time to fulfill the fat everyday when I am eating 1200 or 1300 which gives around 40 grams of fat but I can't reach that. I need to fill full with these manay calories but if I eat fatty food such as avocado, salmon, nuts, calories are so easy to go over.

I just want to ask the question. Please no need to give me lecture on eating 1200 calories is not enough. I understand that. :)
