Has Anyone Tried Lipotropics?

I recently (Yesterday) started taking a lipotropic (B12+) shot. The claims that it can help you lose an extra 1-2 pounds a week. In addition, it is a diuretic. Since I have so much of a problem with bloating, I thought this would be a good natural supplement to add to my diet. Please tell me your experience....................
