Long time since I've been here.

I've been gone for months and months so I figured I'd go ahead and post here again! I have gone threw a lot in the time I've been gone including for the third time gaining back 50lbs that I had lost. I am frustrated by this but no one ever said that weight loss was easy. Got a full time job, got fired from said job, hired to a new full time call center job and started school back full time. I am finally settled down and am counting my calories (just doing a terrible job at controlling myself, at least I'm actually trying to now though!) I am finally back in the gym as well, I am super excited about this gym because of the pool. They have free classes at this gym and that makes it super awesome as well. So far my schedule has been Monday :Aqua Aerobics-Tuesday:C25K- Wed: Yoga(C25K if for some reason I can't make the class)- Thursday: C25K- Friday:Aqua Aerobics- Saturday: C25K- Sunday: Rest. I also utilize family swim time when ever I can and we end up in the pool for at least a hour with my daughter. Hopefully I can succeed this time around! Wish me luck!
