Hi!!!

I have been using the MFP app to track my meals and exercise, on and off, for quite a while now. I have always yo-yo'd, but I am ready to commit and stick to a plan. I have done WW in the past, and have loved the support I found there. I'm hoping I can find a similar support system here. I really believe that having a support system will help hold be accountable and stick to my plan. I would love to support others who are on this journey as well! Please add me, if you'd like! :o)

    Come on over, join the party! So true with the WW... Been there done that too. I have been on the yo-yo diet ride as well. I'm ready and seen to have found my stride here.... This time... On my fitness pal. MFP friends do help keep you accountable and if you open your food diary it is even better. I have taken a mulligan, may it be a year old, but I am on track now.
