New to here and annoyed with my weight

Hi guys:
I have been using MFP for a bit but never online. I had lap band surgery about 7 years ago. Down about 70 pounds and then just bounce in the same 10 pound range. Recently I started doing Paleo / Primal and was doing well. I was down 10 pounds then something happened and my band is not working. I think I might have a leak but I need to go have it looked at. So I dropped 10 pounds in 2 weeks and now I am back up the 10 in another 2 weeks and I am really annoyed at that. Anyway. That is my sob story.
