hi... just wanted o see how many other women are like me... i'm 5'2" and aiming for 9st 6.... is this realistic???

    I don't think that is an unrealistic goal. I am aiming for 100 lbs but will settle for 80. Good luck on your journeys!

    Nice to meet you. I am 52 yo and need to lose 30 lbs. Glad to meet you. It is so difficult to lose and then maintain at this stage of life. Please add me as a friend and we can support each other through this journey.
