Need healthy eating nazis as friends!

Hi all,
I've been using MFP for about a month now, and it's fine, got into the community side of it more recently, and have some lovely friends with similar goals. BUT I don't know whether people just don't really look at my diary in detail, or if they're just to nice, but no-one ever tells me off if I eat a lot of crap in one day, or don't do enough exercise. I could really do with some friends who will give me a kick up the but when I need to do better.
My main food goals are:
1. Make sure I get 5 a day at least 5 days a week.
2. Make sure I am consistently getting enough protein (I am a veggie.)
My main fitness goals are:
1. Exercise at 3 times a week.
2. Be able to run a 5k without walking breaks.
3. Get stronger, especially upper body!
If you are willing to help, please friend me, and I will definitely try and help make sure you stay on track for your goals too, whatever they may be! :-)

Hey I'm a fellow veggie too. I try to be constructive when I comment on people's diaries - I do actually look at them too! I encourage people eating 'proper' food as well.
