I was wanting to know if anyone else keeps a weight loss binder? I'm the type of person I have to plan things out and keep records to feel like I'm really doing something. So I created me a Weight Loss/Health Binder.

My Sections are...
1. Records (keeps my weigh in logs and measurements)
2. Goals & Rewards (keeps my goals and rewards when reaching them, also any goal dates and such)
3. Motivation (keeps quotes, pictures, list of things to do when i reach healthy and such)
4. Pictures (self explained hold before and during pics)
5. Exercise (keeps exercise logs)
6. Food (keeps list of foods i can eat, cant, and nutruiton facts on foods I eat)

I have two more sections and don't know what else to add. Wanted others input on keeping a detail binder system like this...am I the only crazy person? Or Do you see anything else I can add to it? Any input is welcomed!

I have done this! I am actually very proud of my binder. I pasted pictures of "inspiring" body images on the front. On the inside I put my massive list of "reasons to lose weight". I added a notebook for a journal where I just write down thoughts/feelings about my weight loss. I also have a recipe section of meal plans i would like to try.
I have a motivating quotation section, as well as calendars for the next year. Within each month I have taken a picture of myself, along with my measurements.

I also added websites that I find helpful to get information and other resources.

:D Have fun with it! I have always loved scrapbooking and because i want to keep filling my binder up, i want to keep going with my weight loss.

I don't keep one, but what a great idea…maybe a section for emotional and spiritual stuff? Like tracking good mood days/etc? High energy vs draggy days?
