Hi all,
As part of my weight loss programme I have been eating Tilda Basmati Brown Rice and Mackerel fillets for lunch.
- Simple to buy and prepare (2 min in the microwave for the rice and pour the mackerel on top)
I now want to increase my protein intake at work. Can anbody suggest any food types which can be easily prepared and bought?
- I was considering just having a daily protein shake as a last resort? Any other suggestions?

chicken, tuna, salmon in a can..
Prep chicken/pork/steak all at one time and freeze it.
Pick up a cooked chicken like rotisserie at the grocery store and eat on that for a day or two- I do that sometimes.
Turkey dogs
Protein shakes are good.0
