    im interested in this too. i'm 19 and eating around 1400 cals a day and working out almost every day and not seeing results

    I'm 19 - I just started getting serious about 35 days ago, and in those 35 days I've seen roughly 5 pounds drop off. I've been **netting anywhere from 1400-1600 calories a day, and I attribute that to weight training and running, which I alternate routinely. I work out 6 days a week and have cut 90% of junk from my diet, but I will still allow myself to splurge in small amounts.

    Edit: Not eating, but netting that amount. Sometimes i'll eat some exercise calories back.

    16 and i've found a very helpful diet! eating nothing but fruits and veggies. your body will feel so much better along with the workouts. i love the results :) hope this helps!
