Atheltic Tape..Does it work?

My neighbor told me about runners/athletes tape that has ben gay/icy hot in the strips that you can put around a knee, etc. Anyone heard of this? And does it work?

i had plantar fascitis not too long ago and often run with tape in a pattern designed to support the plantar... it has really helped... they also make it for shins and every joint... i highly recommend it

I use KTtape and can take care of most issues with the videos they have on their website. I'll often use the spray BioFreeze after applying the tape, it helps it stick better. BioFreeze is also available in a roll-on and a gel.
