calories burnt per hour

I just changed from 30DS to Jillian's Banish Fat Boost Metabolism for the first workout today.

Total time for warm up, work out and cool down 57 minutes for 459 calorie burn.

I did 30DS and then cool down with Pilates for dummies yesterday for about 57 minutes 359 calorie burn.

What is your average.

I am 48 and about 20 pounds overweight. Working out since April. Quit smoking AGAIN in April.
