Hi everyone,
I just read this article online about 20 "Zero-Calorie" foods that are also healthy and really filling. Try replacing some of your snacks with these, or generally fill your dinner plate with more of these foods, and it's a really easy way to not only fill up and feel more full but also get a LOT of nutrition while you're at it! I plan on buying some this weekend when I do groceries.

Those things are not zero calorie foods. They're great low-calorie foods to snack on, but from experience, they won't fill you up (unless you're a rabbit )0

No such thing as zero calorie foods. The breakdown doesn't really make that much of a difference metabolically for them to get away with being called that. It all evens out in the long run.0
