I'm new to my fitness pal. I really hope this sticks. I am a married mom of three battling hypothyroidism, and I'm about 50 lbs overweight. I am lightly active, but I'm trying to step it up. I swim with the kids a lot, and I ride bikes with the kids through the park often. I enjoy Pilates, and it is my goal to stop using the treadmill as extra closet space and actually start walking on it daily if nothing else. We will see....
