MFP daily values?

Hi. I notice with Vit A, C, calcium and iron, MFP doesn't track grams/mg but rather % of daily value. Does anyone know what the system assigns as the daily value?

I may be wrong, but I believe all of MFPs standard levels are based on the US RDA.

I refer to the following RDA table which shows the change of RDA depending upon age and gender. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK56068/table/summarytables.t3/?report=objectonly
My question is what does My Fitness Pal use as it's default value (i.e. 100% of what RDA value)?

It's not "what MFP uses." It's what the nutrition labels use. In the U.S., they generally use 100% of the RDA for the demographic (age and gender) with the highest RDA, except I believe they exclude pregnant and lactating women. So, for example, the food labels (which entries in MFP ideally reflect) treat 18 mg of iron as 100%, which is the RDA for pre-menopausal women. But for men and postmenopausal women the RDA for iron is only 8 mg, or about 44% of the RDA for pre-menopausal women. If you're a man or a postmenopausal woman, you can go into settings and change your goal for iron to 44 or 45% (I can't remember if it only lets you reset in multiples of 5 like your macros or not).
