I bought it to make overnight oatmeal and don't know what to do with the rest of it. I did have a cup of it the other day to drink but I add and equal packet to sweeten it. It wasn't that bad. Hope you get some replies because I hate to throw anything away.

I use it in cereal, protein shakes, oatmeal, eggs or anywhere else you would use milk or any liquid.

In smoothies! I posted a recipe yesterday for a blueberry almond smoothie that calls for almond milk, but you could use it with any kind of fruit.

I have it with cereal! It adds some flavor to the plain bran ones, but I also like it in all of the Special K cereals! And I use it to make iced coffee :)

Someone else posted this, and I intend to try it this weekend. It might be the answer to all of my prayers!

    Here's a recipe for a non-fat, low-cal tasty ice cream treat.

Fill a large zip lock bag with ice and add a 1/2 cup of table salt. The salt is to make the ice super cold and speed freezing. It does not touch the ice cream.
In a measuring cup, pour 1 cup of almond milk (I like PureAlmond Unsweetened only 35 calories for 1 cup)
    1/2 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp of a natural or artificial sweetner (Splenda, Truvia, honey, etc..).
Mix well and pour liquid into a smaller zip lock bag and seal it tight.
Place the small bag inside the larger bag, seal and then shake vigorously for 4 to 5 minutes until the mixture hardens.
Tip: use oven mits to keep your hangs from getting too cold as you shake the bag.
Also, consider adding cinnamon, cocoa or instant coffee to the mixture for variety. Enjoy!
    * Add a scoop of vanilla protein and you its an awesome meal replacement!

It definitely curbs any ice cream cravings.

my daughter made that non-fat, low-cal tasty ice cream treat recipe for our family. I liked it but she did not. It was not as creamy as she wanted, it was more like flavored ice. I mixed in blueberries & strawberries and that made it decent.
