Counter Clockwise ??

Hi all,
Due to an illness I lost 23kg and need to get back at my old weight which was +-75kg.
I gained 4kg now with just eating(no fat though..never had much anyway) and started lifting as well to get some mass.
Invested in weightgainers to help me get back a bit faster( got ADHD and a lactose intolerance which does not help:smile: )
MFP is helping me to track my Kcal/carbs/fat/prot intake as wel as my training sessions:heart: Very nice!

If anyone has tips or want to share idea's ...please
Anyway I'm also getting more confident by the efforts others make.
