I am definitely Going to try this it sounds Wonderful. The calories in the cheese did not seem right. So I looked up. What kind did you use? Kraft 2% Mozz and all the others I looked at are 70 for 1/4 cup. 140 for 1/2 cup. Was that a typo? Anyway sounds great I will try it Thanks!!! :flowerforyou:

I do not have a photo to show of this right now.

    4 chicken breast/thighs (boneless skinless)
    1c.- 1 1/2c. of Plain greek yogurt
    1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese (I use the 2% it's only 45 calories)
    1 tsp Garlic
1/2 tsp slap ya mama (cajun season)
    1 tsp season all
    1/2 tsp pepper

    Preheat oven to 400

In a medium sized mix bowl, mix together your yogurt, cheese, and seasonings. Once you have that all mixed together, have a casserole dish ready and coat your chicken nice and thick with the mixture. Put in oven and cook till chicken is done.

I love marinading chicken in yogurt. Always a winner.

I haven't made this yet, but when I do it will be with this spice mix: http://allrecipes.com/recipe/cajun-spice-mix-2/ . I like to add all the spices in a blender until a fine powder. Usually things like thyme and oregano are in larger pieces. I also leave anything spicy out because I have a two year old, but I always have plenty of hotsauce on the side!!

My favorite veggies for cajun are bell peppers and zucchini. ;)

    And lastly, BUMP!

Thanks so much for the recipe. Just made this for dinner and it tasted so good. Nicest chicken I've ever had in fact, honestly. I'm hopeless in the kitchen but found this so simple.

First time I've added photos here so hoping it works okay.

Garlic salt or minced garlic? And how long did you bake it?

    I used Lazy Garlic http://www.verylazy.com/chopped-ingredients/2009/8/12/very-lazy-garlic-200g.html

    Cooked mine for 45 minutes.

This sounds so good!!! I am definitely going to have to try this when I get back to the states.

    What is season all?

How long should you cook this for and do you have a calorie count for this? Is it a dish for 4 ppl?
