Been on here for a week, and enjoying the success of the first 6 days. I am from Vegas and looking forward to getting back to a weight I can enjoy the outdoors again. Depression kicked my butt for three years and I have been over it for a year now and thanks to my doctor, He pointed me to this website to help my journey.
