    I did Crossfit, less than 18 hours ago! Burpees to wall ball shots, 300M run, 5 RFT

    also warmed up with fit flo, and skin the cat.. great workout. Also attempted some muscle ups!!!! I am hurting today.

    I ran 3 miles yesterday morning. Will probably try to ride my recumbent bike tonight to keep my legs warm. Have a 5K on saturday.
