I'm searching for a soy-free whey protein powder! I'm allergic. Anybody know of one??

Most whey should NOT have soy in it, if it's quality stuff. Mixing of two different types of proteins; probably not what you want to do if you are using the whey for recovery. And if you are using it for recovery, why not use milk?
I like the Hammer whey (which is whey protein isolate). I'm horribly lactose intolerant and this is one of the few I can tolerate (I still have to take a lactaid). Ingredients are Whey Protein Isolate, L-Glutamine, Natural Flavor, Stevia. 'Course, who knows what the "natural flavor" is (but I doubt it's soy).0 -
I use hemp protein. Cant use whey(lactose intolerent) and read a few things about soy so I steer clear of it.0
